Agillic: Continues positive EBITDA development in Q3 2023

Agillic has released its Q3 2023 report, maintaining its recent guidance for 2023. Despite growing ARR subscriptions by 13% YoY, total ARR declined by 1% YoY due to the global price increases on SMS transactions, affecting the company’s ARR transactions negatively. In Q3 2023, Agillic also continued its focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth, increasing EBITDA to DKK 2.5m in the quarter (DKK 1.0m in Q3 2022).
With a total ARR of DKK 68.9m by the end of Q3 2023, Agillic’s total ARR is currently close to the low end of the guidance range of DKK 70-77m by the end of 2023. Looking into this, ARR subscriptions constitute DKK 56.8m by the end of Q3 2023 (vs. guidance range of DKK 56-60m by the end of 2023), and ARR transactions constitute DKK 12.1m (vs. guidance range of DKK 14-17m by the end of 2023).
Looking into the first 9 months of 2023, EBITDA improved significantly to DKK 3.5m (DKK -0.3m in the same period last year). This means that Agillic is currently at the upper end of its full-year 2023 guidance of DKK 1-4m.
Strategically, Agillic is executing its Reboot 2.1 strategy with the financial goal of achieving positive cash-adjusted EBITDA by 2024. Agillic continues its focus on internationalization, which is also supported by the announcement of the new partnership with nexum earlier this week, expanding the reach within the DACH region.
