Jag startar en tråd även för detta bolag som följs av HCA Capital. Agillic är ett danskt teknikbolag som erbjuder mjukvara som SaaS-tjänst för marknadsföringsautomation. Impero är verksamt inom IT-sektorn. Bolaget är specialiserat inom utveckling av SaaS-lösningar. Programvaran är egenutvecklad och används huvudsakligen för riskhantering, dokumentation och rapportering. Kunderna består av små- och medelstora företagskunder inom ett flertal sektorer. Utöver huvudverksamheten erbjuds även diverse mervärdestjänster. Störst verksamhet återfinns inom Europa och Nordamerika.

Penneo is a Danish Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company delivering solutions for digital signing (Penneo Sign), document workflow, and compliance such as a Know Your Customer product (Penneo KYC) that helps companies comply with Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation. Penneo was established in Denmark in 2014, and the company has more than 3,000 customers across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Belgium. Penneo is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market.

MapsPeople is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company focusing on digital mapping for indoor navigation. The two primary revenue streams are 1) MapsIndoors which is MapsPeople’s own developed mapping solution for indoor navigation 2) Google Maps partnership with Google. MapsIndoors is the key segment with high double-digit growth rates, and the Google Maps segment is expected to be a more steady business going forward.

MapsPeople has a global presence with offices in Denmark, Germany, Singapore and United States, and customers include some of the largest brands in the world. The company has been listed at Nasdaq First North Premier in Denmark since June 2021.

OrderYOYO is a Danish Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides takeaway restaurants with all the necessary software to serve their customers, including online ordering, payment, marketing and business management solutions. The software enables restaurants, primarily within takeaway, to have their own-branded online presence direct to consumers instead of via food portals.

In 2022, OrderYOYO merged with German app smart. Going forward, Germany is an important growth market for OrderYOYO. OrderYOYO has a usage-based business model implying that the company grows with its restaurant partners. The company has been listed at Nasdaq First North in Denmark since July 2021.

In the US/global SaaS sector, we have seen the first Q2 reports being announced, showing that the SaaS sector is still challenged in terms of generating new ARR. More Q2 reports and comments on the outlook will give us a clearer picture of what to expect from the sector.&#xa0;
Despite an eventful July, the global/US SaaS sector was somewhat stable in July measured on the median ARR valuation multiple of 5.8x. The Danish SaaS sector&#x2019;s median ARR multiple declined slightly to 3.4x (from 3.5x ARR by the end of June).
