<div class="abstract"><p>As previously announced, Axfood AB (publ) ("Axfood" or the "Company") has carried out a rights issue of shares in the Company. The shares issued as a result of the rights issue have been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office and have been converted from paid subscribed shares (BTA) into new shares in the Company. As a result of the rights issue, the total number of shares in the Company has increased with 6,972,528 shares and the total number of votes has increased with 6,972,528 votes.</p></div><p>As of June 30, 2022, the total number of outstanding shares in Axfood amount to 216,843,240 shares and the total number of votes in Axfood amount to 216,843,240 votes.
