Mocca Enterprises AB, a company owned by Hesam Yazdi, Board Member and primary
insider of Gentoo Media Inc. (Gentoo) today sold 1,100 shares in Gentoo at a
price of SEK 14.25 per share and acquired 1,100 shares in Gentoo at a price of
SEK 14.44 per share due to alignment of its capital insurance savings funds. The
transactions do not change the number of shares in Gentoo held by Hesam Yazdi
and close associates, which is 969,700 shares.
