Shape Robotics (One-pager): Plans to accelerate the European expansion with its EdTech products

Today, we have released an updated version of our investment case one-pager on Shape Robotics following its interim full-year report for 2022 and the company’s plan to accelerate its market expansion with new capital from a rights issue.

Shape Robotics is a robotics company within educational technology (“EdTech”). Originally, Shape Robotics developed the Fable robot system, which has been sold across the globe. Following new opportunities, the company has now transformed itself to be a distributor of science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) Lab concepts (often including its Fable robots) for educational institutions, currently sold in Romania, and with ambitions to expand the concept across new markets such as Poland.

The investment case one-pager provides insights into key investment reasons and risks as well as perspectives on valuation across selected Danish First North companies.
