<pre>Oslo, 29 September 2025 Please see below information about transactions made under the share buyback program for Atea ASA. Date on which the buyback program was announced: 18 August 2025. The duration of the buyback program: 18 August 2025 to 30 April 2026, or until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased. Size of the buyback program: Up to 800,000 shares From 19 September 2025 until 29 September 2025, Atea ASA has purchased a total of 46,995 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 143.65 per share.&nbsp;Following the completion of the above transactions, Atea ASA owns a total of 948,796 own shares, corresponding to 0.84% of Atea ASA's share capital.
