The transfer is related to the payment of deferred variable remuneration and is in accordance with the Company's remuneration scheme.The regulation requires that, to the extent that a reward scheme for so-called risk-takers may result in a variable remuneration of more than €50,000 per calendar year, at least 40% of the defined variable remuneration must be deferred over a period of 3-5 years. Up to half of the remuneration payable at any given time may be paid in cash.
