<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Fasadgruppen’s subsidiary FRONT has signed a contract with municipal housing company VärmdöBostäder to carry out an extensive exterior renovation of four multi-family properties. The work will begin in spring and last until June 2024.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The properties in Gustavsberg on Värmdö were built in the early 1970s. Like many older buildings, they are in need of energy efficiency improvements and renovation. FRONT’s assignment includes façades, roofs, windows and ventilation, which together will provide a significant improvement in energy performance. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 44 million.</p><p>Niklas Karlsson, CEO of FRONT said: ”We are pleased to have been entrusted by VärmdöBostäder to carry out this extensive renovation, which will create both a better living environment and significant energy savings.”</p><p>Peter Polland, Business Area Manager Fasadgruppen NorthEast said: “We are noticing continued high interest from property owners to carry out energy renovations.
