In April 2020, sales in ICA stores totalled SEK 10,979 million excluding VAT, which is an increase of 5.9% compared with the same month in the previous year. Sales in January-April 2020 amounted to SEK 41,441 million, an increase of 7.6% compared with the previous year.
ICA Gruppen estimates the calendar effect for April to be +1.8%.
At 30 April 2020 the number of ICA stores was 1,270. Store sales for May will be published on 8 June 2020 at 08:45 CET.
