He has contributed his knowledge and support to the continued development. Now as Lage is leaving the Board he will not only be missed by his colleagues on the Board, but also by the entire company management," says Lars Højgård Hansen, CEO.
In accordance with INVISIO's Articles of Association, the Board of Directors must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight members. After Lage Jonason's departure, the Board will consist of five members and thus meet the requirements.
