The transaction has today been completed.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Bare Board Consultants is expected to reach net sales of approximately SEK 90 million in 2022 with an estimated EBITA of just above SEK 9 million. The purchase price is 5,6 million EURO.</p><p>The acquisition of Bare Board Consultants will be accretive to earnings per share in NCAB Group in 2023.
