Swedish Logistic Property: SLP will build logistics property in Landskrona

Swedish Logistic Property

SLP has acquired an area of land in an attractive logistics location in Landskrona. On the property Pedalen 21, acquired by the Landskrona municipality, SLP will build a logistics property with a lettable area of approximately 3,500 square meters.

The property is fully let to Saxtorp Svamp, which signed a twelve-year lease with an annual rent of approximately SEK 3.1 million. Moving into the property is expected to take place at the turn of the year 2023/2024.

"SLP continues to grow in Landskrona, one of southern Sweden's strong logistics locations, with direct proximity to e.g. E6. We expect to be able to complete the property at the turn of the coming year. We look forward to welcoming our tenant to their new premises," says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.

The property, which will meet the requirements according to Miljöbyggnad Silver, will also be equipped with solar cells with an installed power of 300 kW.

Now we are taking an important step to reach out to more people and in this work SLP has been a responsive and interested party who understands our need for efficient logistics.
