Change in the YIT Management Team: Antti Inkilä to leave YIT
Antti Inkilä, EVP, Housing segment, is leaving YIT and will pursue his career outside the company. He leaves YIT on 31 December 2024.
"Antti's contribution to YIT's residential construction has been immensely important, and he has made a significant career in the company. I warmly thank Antti for his leadership and achievements for YIT over more than 30 years. I wish Antti all the best for the future," said Heikki Vuorenmaa, President and CEO, YIT.
YIT announced in November 2024 that to enhance focus and transparency and to accelerate the speed of strategy execution in the residential operations, the Housing segment will be divided into two separate operating segments and renamed to Residential Finland and Residential CEE.
YIT has appointed Heikki Vuorenmaa as interim leader of the Residential Finland segment and CFO Tuomas Mäkipeska as interim leader of the Residential CEE segment in addition to their own position. The search for a permanent leader to the Residential Finland segment begins immediately. YIT started the search for a leader of the Residential CEE segment already earlier.
