Nightingale Health är verksamt inom medicinteknik. Bolaget är specialiserat inom utveckling av medicintekniska produkter. Produktportföljen är bred och inkluderar plattformar och tjänster inom blodanalyser som används i sjukdomsförebyggande syfte. Utöver huvudverksamheten erbjuds även service och tillhörande kringtjänster. Verksamheten drivs globalt med störst närvaro i Europa.

Utländskt ägande av aktier har ökat 09/25 12,30% →10/2025 24,23%.

Idag måndag fler affärer. 3 X 5000 stycken.

Ett slags milstolpe detta också. I mars noterades Nightingale Health på OTCQX International-marknadsplatsen i USA. Förra fredagen var det för första gången aktivitet på marknadsplatsen med en volym på 5000 aktier:  https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NHLTY/quote#trade-data

Hälsningar från bolagsstämman (kan man säga så om en virtuell?) Teemus presentation var ganska mycket en kopia av vad som presenterades vid resultatpresentationen, men nu betonade han dock ganska starkt att man globalt måste övergå till förebyggande hälsovård och att förebyggande vård i stor skala inte är möjlig utan NG:s test. Ett ganska djärvt uttalande alltså. Mötet öppnades med en kort introduktion av styrelsens ordförande Niemistö. Han verkade, baserat på kroppsspråket, också verkligen tro på denna berättelse, kanske det bästa med detta. Ganska stark tilltro till hans åsikt. I övrigt klubbades allt igenom utan ett enda anförande eller omröstning.

Preventive health care has significant potential, but the commercialization of Nightingale’s technology and the ramping up the business are in their initial stages. If successful the company offers significant potential returns and the story of Nightingale has, in our view, only strengthened since the IPO, which counterbalances the significant risk associated with commercialization. However, the market seems to require much stronger evidence from the company than our expectations, which are hard to provide in the short term in the current development phase.</p>
