This morning, Agillic announced its Q3 2022 results, which are in line with the upgraded 2022 guidance earlier this week. Total ARR was DKK 69.9 million, corresponding to a 36% growth YoY, primarily driven by a significant increase in ARR transactions. Revenue YTD increased 19% YoY to DKK 46.6 million, showing that Agillic’s ARR has increased more than its revenue.
EBITDA improved in the quarter to DKK 1.4 million (DKK 0.8 million in Q3 2021), yet EBITDA is DKK -0.3 million in the first 9 months of 2022. With this quarter’s EBITDA, Agillic is now closer to its full-year 2022 guidance of EBITDA between DKK 0 and 3 million.
By the end of Q3 2022, the cash position was DKK 1.9 million due to the repayment of two loans in Q3 2022 of DKK 2.5 million. Furthermore, Agillic has invested DKK 3.3 million in the platform. Despite negative cash flow from operations of DKK -4.9 million in Q3 2022 due to the seasonality of contract renewals, the cash flow from operations in Q4 2022 is expected to be positive.
Focusing on the recent upgraded ARR and revenue 2022 guidance, total ARR is expected to increase to DKK 68-76 million by the end of 2022 (22-36% YoY growth) and DKK 61-65 million in 2022 revenue (16-23% YoY growth). Agillic is already in the low end of the ARR guidance interval by the end of Q3 2022, and if the company can replicate the Q3 2022 revenue in Q4 2022, Agillic will reach a revenue in the high end of the guidance range.
Looking further ahead, Agillic also provides insights into 2023 maintaining its strategic financial goals for 2023 with double-digit percentage growth in ARR subscriptions, positive cash flow from operations, and a positive EBITDA.
