NYAB's domicile and listing will be transferred at the end of June

NYAB announced on Friday that all conditions for the re-domiciliation of the company have been met. It has therefore resolved to complete the cross-border conversion as expected at the end of June, in line with the previous plan. According to the now published estimate, the re-domiciliation of the company is expected to take place on June 27, which is also expected to be the last day of trading of NYAB shares on the Finnish First North marketplace. Accordingly, the first day of trading on the First North Premier Sweden marketplace will be June 28.
