Revenio announced the final result of its rights issue on Thursday. As the preliminary result published earlier in the week already indicated, the issue was significantly oversubscribed and, as expected, the company raised gross proceeds of ~80 MEUR and net proceeds of 77 MEUR. The final result was in line with the preliminary figures and our expectations, and therefore the release does not cause changes to our forecasts or our view of the company.

Of the ~12.9 million new shares offered in the issue, ~12.4 million were subscribed for with subscription rights, and an additional ~8.1 million shares were subscribed for without subscription rights. Overall, the subscription rate rose to ~159%. As a result of the share issue, the total number of shares in Revenio will rise from 29 million to 42 million. Trading in the new shares is expected to begin on October 19, 2026.

We consider the outcome of the share issue a success for the company and the stock, as no underwriter was needed and the financing for the Visionix acquisition has now been arranged as planned. We believe that investors' attention will now shift from the financing arrangements to the integration of the acquisition and the extraction of synergies.

Yep, I ended up with the same. Got 7.65% of the shares subscribed with rights from the secondary subscription at a price of 6.19 EUR.

Looks like it’s correct: 42/552 = 7.6%. No need to worry about the rounding error.
