Today, Wirtek has announced a new software development contract with a major US-based company with a global presence. The contract is significant for Wirtek, as the expected value of the contract is at least USD 1m over the next 18 months. Moreover, the new contract supports Wirtek's strategy of expanding its presence in the international market for intelligent connected systems.

Today, Wirtek has announced a new software development contract with a major US-based company with a global presence. The contract is significant for Wirtek, as the expected value of the contract is at least USD 1m over the next 18 months. Moreover, the new contract supports Wirtek&apos;s strategy of expanding its presence in the international market for intelligent connected systems.
The US-based company is in the automation sector, operating in the home and office automation sector. Wirtek will develop a configuration platform designed to support professional integrators and independent contractors in the implementation and management of advanced smart living and automation solutions for private and commercial customers.
The new contract does not change Wirtek&#x2019;s latest guidance for 2025, which is a revenue in the range of DKK 70-75m and EBITDA in the range of DKK 1-5m.&#xa0;
