Stock exchange trading is planned for First North, only in H1 2026.  Lehto has previously announced its intention to transfer the trading venue for its shares from Nasdaq Helsinki’s main market (main list) to the First North Growth Market. Contrary to what was previously announced, Lehto estimates that the transfer of the trading venue for its shares will not take place by the end of 2025, but only in the first half of 2026, when trading in the shares would also commence. Admitting the shares for trading on the First North Growth Market requires the preparation of a company description and approval from Nasdaq Helsinki. Good old Lehto enters corporate restructuring. The District Court of Oulu has confirmed the corporate restructuring program for the construction company Lehto Group. The goal of the restructuring program is, among other things, to enable the company to start its energy construction business.
