<div class="mfn-body">Oslo, Norway, March 17, 2025, &nbsp; With reference to the announcement from the Company on March 14,2025, 2020 Bulkers has entered into an additional hedging transaction through a forward freight agreement (FFA) effectively securing a fixed rate of approximately US$30,100 per day, gross, for one vessel for the second quarter of 2025. &nbsp; The Company has now entered into hedges for two vessels for the equivalent of approximately US$31,300 per day, gross, for the second quarter of 2025.
