2020 Bulkers Ltd. - Disclosure of large shareholdings

1 October 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published
by 2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the "Company") on 30 September 2026 (the "Announcement")
regarding the resolutions by the Board of Directors of the Company to issue (i)
327,798,485 consideration shares in connection with the Company's acquisition of
AHTS AS (the "AHTS Transaction"), (ii) 585,284,280 shares in the USD 175 million
private placement (the "Private Placement "), and (iii) 238,715,120
consideration shares in connection with the acquisition by AHTS AS of all or a
substantial portion of the shares in four of five separate project companies
(the "Project Companies"), each owning or having entered into an agreement to
acquire an AHTS vessel (the "Project Company Transactions"). The shares issued
in connection with the AHTS Transaction and the Project Company Transactions are
hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Consideration Shares".

Following completion of the AHTS Transaction and the Project Company
Transactions, the following new and existing shareholders have received
Consideration Shares and thereby crossed notifiable thresholds pursuant to
section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act:

o Uthalden AS, a company controlled by Harald Moræus-Hanssen, has subscribed for
and been allocated a total of 239,150,423 Consideration Shares and Uthalden
Eiendom AS, also controlled by Harald Moræus-Hanssen, has subscribed for and
been allocated 1,276,555 Consideration Shares. Following issuance of the
Consideration Shares, Uthalden AS and Uthalden Eiendom AS in aggregate hold
240,426,978 shares in the Company, corresponding to 20.47 % of the shares and
voting rights in the Company, thereby crossing the 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%
thresholds pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

o MH Capital AS, a company controlled by Magnus Halvorsen, has subscribed for
and been allocated a total of 120,523,756 Consideration Shares. Prior to
completion of the AHTS Transaction, the Private Placement and the Project
Company Transactions, MH Capital AS and Magnus Halvorsen held 1,527,026 and
505,092 shares, respectively, in the Company. Following issuance of the
Consideration Shares, MH Capital AS and Magnus Halvorsen in aggregate hold
122,555,874 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 10.43% of the
shares and voting rights in the Company, thereby crossing 10% threshold pursuant
to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

o Songa Capital AS, a company controlled by Songa Invest Holding AS which in
turn is controlled by Blystad Group AS, has subscribed for and been allocated a
total of 104,043,239 Consideration Shares. Prior to completion of the AHTS
Transaction, the Private Placement and the Project Company Transactions, Songa
Bulk Chartering AS, a company controlled by Songa Investments AS which in turn
is controlled by Songa Invest Holding AS which in turn is controlled by Blystad
Group AS, held 25,000 shares in the Company. Following issuance of the
Consideration Shares, Songa Capital AS and Songa Bulk Chartering AS in aggregate
hold 104,068,239 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 8.86% of
the shares and voting rights in the Company, thereby crossing the 5% threshold
pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

As set out in the Announcement, an amount of the purchase price for the shares
in AHTS AS has been withheld by the Company pending delivery of three yet
undelivered AHTS vessels to AHTS AS. Such part of the withheld purchase price
aggregates to 40,176,621 additional consideration shares to be issued to the
sellers of AHTS AS subject to delivery of the vessels (the "Deferred
Consideration Shares"). Furthermore, an estimated 55,721,310 consideration
shares will be issued to the sellers of Anchor Australia AS pending delivery of
the relevant AHTS vessel to Anchor Australia AS (the "Anchor Australia
Consideration Shares"). Subject to all Deferred Consideration Shares and all
Anchor Australia Consideration Shares being delivered, the above-mentioned
shareholders will have the following aggregate shareholdings in the Company:

o Following issuance of the Consideration Shares, the Deferred Consideration
Shares and the Anchor Australia Consideration Shares, Uthalden AS and Uthalden
Eiendom AS will in aggregate hold 264,327,319 shares in the Company,
corresponding to approximately 20.80% of the shares and voting rights in the
Company.

o Following issuance of the Consideration Shares, the Deferred Consideration
Shares and the Anchor Australia Consideration Shares, MH Capital AS and Magnus
Halvorsen will in aggregate hold 140,880,064 shares in the Company,
corresponding to approximately 11.09% of the shares and voting rights in the
Company.

o Following issuance of the Consideration Shares, the Deferred Consideration
Shares and the Anchor Australia Consideration Shares, Songa Capital AS, Songa
Bulk Chartering AS and Songa Supply Holding AS will in aggregate hold
130,693,471 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 10.29% of the
shares and voting rights in the Company, thereby crossing the 10% threshold
pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
