2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that as a natural consequence of the Company’s transition from its former dry-bulk business to its new AHTS operations, the group’s CEO, Lars-Christian Svensen, has resigned and will be replaced with Tom Babinski as the group’s new CEO with effect from the date hereof.
“It has been a privilege to lead 2020 Bulkers over the past years. Managing a modern Newcastlemax fleet, and then realising its value for our shareholders, has been a team effort from start to finish. I want to thank the Board for its trust and support, our shareholders for their long-standing confidence in the company, and my colleagues onshore and at sea for their dedication and professionalism. I am proud of what we have achieved together. With the dry bulk chapter now closed, the company is well positioned for its new focus on anchor handling, and I am confident it is in good hands. I wish Tom Babinski and the whole team every success going forward, says Mr. Svensen.”
The Company would like to thank Mr. Svensen for his efforts as CEO for the Company and the contributions to the successful revitalization of the Company after the conclusion of its dry-bulk business.
