ABSOLENT AIR CARE GROUP ACQUIRES AIRFINA AG IN SWITZERLANDAbsolent Air Care Group has increased its direct presence in Switzerland by an agreement of acquisition of all shares in the Swiss company AIRfina AG, which up until now has acted as one of Absolent AB's distributors in the country. The acquisition is made by Absolent Air Care Group's subsidiary Absolent AB, and the acquisition will be completed on 3 April 2023. The purchase price amounts to CHF 1.1 million and is financed by available funds. The acquisition is expected to have a positive contribution to earnings per share for 2023.&nbsp;"We are very pleased to have the opportunity to include AIRfina AG among Absolent AB's other subsidiaries. Our direct presence on important key markets is a prerequisite for further growth. The acquisition means that we get an opportunity to build direct relations to important key customers on the local market.
