In December 2023, the Board of Directors of Admicom Oyj ("Admicom" or the "Company") resolved on the issuance of stock options based on the authorization resolved by the Annual General Meeting held on 21 March 2023. The stock options are intended to be part of Admicom Group's incentive and commitment scheme for key personnel and their purpose is to incentivize key employees to work in the long term in order to increase the company's shareholder value.
The maximum number of stock options was set at 164,000, and each stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one Admicom share. A maximum of 82,000 of the stock options were marked with the symbol 2023A and a maximum of 82,000 with the symbol 2023B. The stock options are issued free of charge.
Admicom's Board of Directors has decided to cancel 12,000 stock options marked with the symbol 2023B which have returned to the Company due to terminations of employment. After the cancellation, there will be a maximum of 70,000 options marked with the symbol 2023B.
