The purchase price amounts to SEK 12 million. The takeover will take place on November 1, 2025.The acquisition is part of Aixia's strategy to grow organically and through acquisitions within digital infrastructure and cybersecurity. The acquisition provides Aixia with a strong customer base, proven system solutions and additional data center capacity that strengthens the company's existing infrastructure.Webland's personnel join Aixia and directly contribute to increasing the technical delivery capacity within the entire group. Webland is expected to contribute approximately SEK 35 million in annual sales and a positive EBITDA contribution of approximately SEK 3 to 4 million.The acquisition also strengthens Aixia's share of recurring revenue (ARR) and broadens the company's offering within technically complex operation and hosting services.- Webland complements our existing operations in a very good way.
