The acceptance period in White Pearl Technology Group's offer to the shareholders of Aixia has commenced
The acceptance period in the public takeover offer made by White Pearl Technology Group AB (publ) ("WPTG") on 1 June 2026 to the shareholders of Aixia Group AB (publ) ("Aixia") commences today. The acceptance period initially runs for four weeks, from and including 13 July 2026 up to and including 10 August 2026. WPTG has reserved the right to extend the acceptance period. For each share in Aixia, 5.33 newly issued series B shares in WPTG and SEK 10.00 in cash are offered.
Aixia's independent bid committee will publish its statement on the offer, together with a fairness opinion from an independent expert, no later than 27 July 2026.
