<pre>12 August 2024: The Board of Directors ("Board") hereby calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Aker BioMarine ASA (the "Company") at 10.00 CET on 3 September 2024. Reference is made to stock exchange notification sent by the Company on July 3rd, 2024. In order to execute payment of dividend as planned, the Board proposes that the general meeting, on the basis of the approved annual accounts for 2023, authorizes the Board to resolve distribution of dividends. The authorization shall be valid until 31 December 2024. The General Meeting will be held as a digital event. No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged in before the meeting starts.
