<div class="abstract">An extraordinary general meeting of Aker Horizons ASA (the "Company") was held today as a digital meeting with online participation. </div>All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in the meeting notice published on 5 February 2026, including the proposal to liquidate the Company and to apply for delisting of the Company's shares from Euronext Oslo Børs. Liquidation of the Company is currently expected to occur during Q2 2026. Furthermore, the Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to reduce the number of directors from five to three, and to reduce the number of deputy members from two to one.
