Anora will publish financial reports in 2027 as follows:
These financial reports will be published at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time. Anora applies a silent period of 30 days before the publication of financial reports.
The Annual Report 2026 including the financial statements, the Report by the Board of Directors including the obligatory Sustainability Statement, the Corporate Governance statement and the remuneration report will be published in English and Finnish on Anora’s website by the end of week 12.
Anora Group Plc’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2027 is planned to be held on Tuesday 21 April 2027 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM later.
A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors by e-mail to investor.relations@anora.com on Friday 28 January 2027 at the latest.
