trade primary insiders
With reference to the stock exchange announcement on 3 August 2023 made by Aqua
Technology ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") with respect to RH Investments AS'
subscription of 4,133,333 new shares in ABT in connection with the previously
announced private placement. The subscriber was RH Industri AS, not RH
Investments AS, and the number of shares subscribed for should be 4,119,452.
Corrected version:
RH Industri AS, a company controlled by ABTEC board member Roger Hofseth, has
been allocated 4,119,452 shares in the Private Placement, each new share at a
subscription price of NOK 3, for a total subscription amount of NOK 12,358,356.
