Arise AB (publ) ("Arise") has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of a 10 MW wind farm. Closing occurred today.

The transaction covers all the shares in the project SPV at a price of approximately EUR 1.2 million. The project, located in SE2, was commissioned in 2009. The project is expected to add approximately 22 GWh per year to Arise's own production.

Per-Erik Eriksson, CEO, Arise AB:

"The acquisition of this project fits perfectly with our opportunistic approach to expanding our own production. We believe this is a good moment to acquire quality assets at low prices."
