<pre>Reference is made to Arribatec Group ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement on 2 December 2024 and 15 January 2025 relating to the rights issue (the "Rights Issue") of a total of up to 350 million new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), each at a subscription price of NOK 0.10 per Offer Share (the "Subscription Price"). The Rights Issue was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 2 December 2024. The following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") in the Company have subscribed for and been allocated the following Offer Shares at the Subscription Price: Finance Resources GJ AS , a company ultimately owned by Geir Johansen, CEO of the Company, has subscribed for 1,814,131 Offer Shares in the Rights Issue.
