The agreement is initially valued at SEK 650,000 per annum in recurring subscription revenues. The total revenue is determined by use, API-calls, over time. The client has the potential of generating more than 2.5 million API-calls per month.
The solution supports both chat and voice, and will be delivered on Microsoft's cloud platform Azure.
The client selected Artificial Solutions SaaS-based development suite and bot engine, called LUIS^Teneo (https://www.artificial-solutions.com/ms-luis-teneo), which will help the enterprise build, scale and maintain LUIS-based bots with less resources improving conversational bot ROI to enhance customer experience.
