"The companies have a strong reputation of being agile and staying close to the customer base."The purchase price is not material relative to Atlas Copco's market capitalization and is not disclosed. The business acquired from Accurate Air Engineering and Compressed Air of California will operationally become part of the Compressor Technique service division.
