the resolution from the extraordinary general meeting in Ayfie Group AS on May
23, 2024, where the company changed its name to Ayfie International AS. The
change will take effect on the Euronext Growth marketplace in the near future.
The company's ticker will change from AYFIE to AIX.
The name change occurs concurrently with Ayfie's plans to scale internationally
through partners. The flagship product is an AI-powered search solution that
analyzes and understands the content of documents, extracting necessary
information based on the user's needs. It functions as a personal assistant,
powered by ChatGPT technology, with access to and understanding of all relevant
