Bakkafrost: Allocation of shares

• Regin Jacobsen, CEO, was allocated 99 shares 
• Odd Eliasen, Managing Director, was allocated 89 shares
• Annika Frederiksberg, Board Member and part of the sales team in Bakkafrost, was allocated 48 shares.

After the transaction, the holding of Bakkafrost shares of the following primary insiders are:

• Regin Jacobsen, CEO, holds 4,495,795 shares
• Høgni Dahl Jakobsen, CFO, holds 35 shares
• Odd Eliasen, Managing Director, holds 173,524 shares
• Annika Frederiksberg, Board Member and part of the sales team in Bakkafrost, holds directly and indirectly 15,764 shares.

All full-time employees from 2018, still employed in Bakkafrost, have received bonus shares with a total value of 2% of paid out salary in 2018. In total Bakkafrost has allocated 14,348 shares to its employees including the shares to the primary insiders as a bonus to the employees for 2018. 

The transaction was allocated based on the closing share price on 6th June 2019, which was NOK 469,40 per share, corresponding to DKK 357,45 per share.
