Bergen Carbon Solutions (BCS) is pleased to announce the formation of an
international Advisory Board, a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the
company's global positioning and accelerating its development within advanced
carbon materials.
We are proud to welcome Tom Van Bellinghen and Pierre Joris as members of the
Advisory Board. Both bring substantial international experience and deep domain
know-how that will be instrumental in guiding Bergen Carbon Solutions through
its next phase of growth.
Tom Van Bellinghen has a strong background in battery technologies and
commercialization, with leadership experience from companies such as Umicore.
His insights into EV battery value chain and market dynamics will be invaluable
as we approach the commercialization of our powder products.
Pierre Joris brings more than 30 years of experience within the materials
industry. Pierre served as a board member of Nanocyl SA, one of Europe's leading
producers of carbon nanotubes, until its acquisition by Birla Carbon. His
expertise in CNTs and industrial partnerships will be a key asset to our team.
The Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance to the company's executive
team and Board of Directors, with a focus on product development, market entry
strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Their initial assessments have already
helped clarify our current maturity level and identified promising development
pathways.
We are excited to have Tom and Pierre onboard and view their involvement as a
significant enhancement of our international competence base. Their perspectives
will help ensure that Bergen Carbon Solutions remains at the forefront of
sustainable carbon innovation.
