Beijer Tech has today, May 19th, 2026, signed an agreement through its subsidiary Lundgrens to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Slangservice i Uppsala AB, a Swedish distributor of hydraulic products.
Slangservice is a Swedish distributor of hoses, pipes, couplings, wear parts and various other hydraulic products. The company, which is well-known in the industry, also offers field and workshop services to its customers and holds a strong position in the Mälardalen region. The acquisition is in line with Beijer Alma’s model for value-adding acquisitions and Beijer Tech’s strategy of acquiring profitable companies in attractive niches with good growth potential and high value-add.

Through the transaction, Lundgrens will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Slangservice i Uppsala AB with closing taking place today. The company will be part of Beijer Tech’s Fluid Technology business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Beijer Alma’s earnings per share.
