Berner Industrier AB has bought 275,000 shares in the buyback program during September

The board of Berner Industrier AB ("Berner Industrier") decided on September 2, 2026, based on the authorization from the annual general meeting on April 28, 2026, to start a share buyback program of own shares totaling up to SEK 20,000,000.

During the month of September, Berner Industries has repurchased 275,000 shares for SEK 19,882,000, corresponding to an average price of 72.30 SEK per share. Berner Industrier has thus completed the current buyback program of SEK 20,000,000.

Berner Industrier now holds 275,000 shares and votes. In Berner Industrier, the total number of outstanding shares is 19,069,398 and the outstanding votes are 30,319,398.
