<pre>Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by BEWI ASA ("BEWI" or the "Company") on 20 August 2025 regarding the successful private placement raising gross proceeds of NOK 896 million, equivalent to EUR 75 million (the "Private Placement"), through issuance of new shares. Further reference is made to the stock exchange announcement earlier today regarding the registration of the new share capital pertaining to Tranche 1 in the Private Placement. Following registration of the share capital increase for Tranche 1, BEWI's share capital is NOK 230,066,748, divided into 230,066,748 shares (prior to the issuance of the Tranche 2 shares in the Private Placement). After Tranche 1 of the Private Placement, HAAS AS holds 33,351,332 shares in BEWI (representing ~14.50% of the issued shares and votes), thereby falling below the 15% threshold pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. Other than the 68,668 Offer Shares in Tranche 2 of the Private Placement conditionally allocated to it, HAAS AS does not have any rights to further shares or votes in the Company.
