BIOFISH HOLDING AS: Exercise of Warrants
Ljones,13 January 2025: Reference is made to the warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection with the private placement completed by Biofish Holding AS (the “Company”) in January 2023 (the "Private Placement") and the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") and resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 23 January 2023.
Shareholders allocated Warrants have a fourth opportunity to exercise the Warrants during the period from 13 January 2025 to 17 February 2025 (the "Fourth Exercise Period"). To exercise warrants during the Fourth Exercise Period, a completed exercise notice form must be received by Fearnley Securities within the Fourth Exercise Period by email to bfish-wts@fearnleys.com.
A letter describing the process, including the exercise notice form, is being sent to each holder of Warrants.
