The Companies Registration Office has on 18 December 2023 registered Bioservo Technologies' ("Bioservo") decision on voluntary liquidation and in accordance with the resolution of the extraordinary general meeting on the 14 December 2023 regarding voluntary liquidation under Chapter 25, Section 3 of the Companies Act, appointed Olov Kling, lawyer at Advokatfirman Lindahl as liquidator.
The decision entails that the liquidator replaces the board and the managing director and is assigned to carry out the liquidation. The liquidator will shortly send an application for summons to unknown creditors to the Companies Registration Office.
The liquidator has also initiated the work of trying to find a buyer of Bioservo's business. Interested parties are asked to contact the liquidator for further information.
