Oslo, 23 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company") on 20 November 2025, that the
Company's extraordinary general meeting had, among others, resolved to reduce
the share capital by deletion of the Company's own shares and by reducing the
nominal value of the Company's shares.
The share capital reduction was registered as effective with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises today, 23 February 2026, following which the
Company's share capital is NOK 12,783,601 consisting of 25,567,202 shares each
with a par value of NOK 0.50.
