Fractal Gaming Group AB (publ) (“Fractal”) today announces that Hanna Mannberg, at her own request and for personal reasons, is resigning from her position as a member of Fractal’s Board of Directors with effect from today.
Following Hanna Mannberg’s resignation, Fractal’s Board of Directors consists of four members and therefore continues to meet the Articles of Association’s requirement of at least three Board members. The question of the composition of the Board will be handled as part of the Nomination Committee’s work.
