<pre>Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 23 September 2026, regarding fixed income investor meetings commencing on 23 September. Today, Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a 6-year senior unsecured green bond issue of NOK 800 million with maturity in October 2032. The bond issue was oversubscribed. The bonds will pay a coupon of 3 months NIBOR + 2.15% per annum, and the net proceeds will be used to finance green projects as further defined by Bonheur's Green Finance Framework, including inter alia by way of refinancing existing intercompany debt originally incurred to finance such green projects. An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
