Highlights
o For 2025, Borgestad Group delivered an adjusted result before tax of MNOK
50.7, compared to MNOK 82.3 in 2024.
o Höganäs Borgestad delivered in 2025 a stable Q4 compared with the
corresponding period in 2024, reporting revenues of MNOK 228.3 and an adjusted
EBIT of MNOK 4.5, versus MNOK 225.1 and MNOK 4.5, respectively, in Q4'24.
o As of December 31, 2025, Agora Bytom had an occupancy rate of 96.2 percent
based on signed leases, representing an increase of 0.7 percentage points since
September 30 and 1.7 percentage points since December 31, 2024.
o Borgestad ASA will distribute a dividend of NOK 0.50 per share, payable March
6, 2026.

Distribution to shareholders
Today, the board of directors of Borgestad ASA has, based on the authorisation
granted by the annual general meeting held on 28 May 2025, resolved to
distribute an additional dividend of NOK 0.50 per share based on the annual
accounts for 2024. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about 6 March 2026.
For Norwegian tax purposes, the distribution shall be in the form of repayment
of paid-in equity.
