Bravida acquires the company Låscenter i Västerås AB, thereby strengthening its position in security and locks in the Mälardalen area. The company has sales of SEK 40 million and 17 employees.
"It is with great pleasure that we welcome Låscenter i Västerås AB to Bravida, and we will now be able to serve our customers in the Mälardalen region even better. The business is well-run, with skilled fitters and other staff who complement our current business operations in a good way," comments Mats Axelsson, Regional Manager for the Dalarna, Västmanland and Södermanland Region at Bravida.
Låscenter i Västerås AB was founded in 2004 and currently focuses on security and locks. Its customer base consists primarily of construction companies, government authorities, municipalities, county councils, property owners, tenant-owner associations and private individuals throughout the Mälardalen area.
Mats Klein and Mikael Avander, the former owners of Låscenter i Västerås AB, have joined Bravida as well. They comment:
"We can continue growing by becoming part of Bravida, which has a strong position in Mälardalen, and this will give our staff great development opportunities. In a broker-led process in which we met several companies, it became clear that it was definitely the right decision to merge with Bravida. Bravida became the owner on 1 March 2023.
