The Group's sales revenues in Q2 2026 amounted to NOK 600.3 million compared to
NOK 592.4 in same period in 2025, which is a NOK 7.9 million (1.3 %) increase
from Q2 2025. The revenues YTD in 2026 amounted to NOK 1,252.8 million, compared
to NOK 1,228.4 million in 2025. An increase of NOK 24.3 million (2.0 %).

The EBITDA in Q2 was 38.6 million in 2026, compared to 36.4 million in 2025.
The Group generated YTD EBITDA of NOK 115.6 million in 2026, compared with NOK
113.7 million in the same period of 2025.

The adjusted operating profit in Q2 2026 was NOK 16.3 million compared to NOK
14.4 million in the same period last year. The YTD adjusted operating profit is
NOK 71.6 million in 2026, compared with NOK 69.7 million in the same period of
2025. The operating profit contains non-recurring items, please see
reconciliation of adjusted operating profit in Alternative Performance Measures
after the notes to the interim report.

From 9 March 2023 the investment in Norske Skog ASA is classified as an
investment in associate and is accounted for using the equity method in
accordance with IAS 28. Share of profit from associate is NOK 35.0 million YTD
in 2026. See Norske Skog ASA's latest quarterly report and annual accounts for
more information.

The Group achieved an adjusted profit before tax YTD in 2026 of NOK 27.4
million, compared to NOK 20.2 million last year.

YTD in 2026 net financials amounted to an expense of NOK 44.2 million which is
NOK 5.3 million decrease in cost compared to the same period in 2025. The main
reasons for the decrease in net financial expenses are increased interest rates,
and changes in the value of interest rate swaps. Please see note 3 for
specification of net financials.

The liquidity reserve as of 30 June 2026 amounted to NOK 48.0 million, an
reduction of NOK 35.5 million from 1 January 2026. The Board of Directors will
maintain its focus on capital and cost-efficiency.

Net interest-bearing debt have increased from NOK 1,253.8 million as of 1
January 2026 to NOK 1,259.4 million as of 30 June 2026. As of the second quarter
of 2026, there were acquired loans of NOK 2.2 million.

Investments in tangible fixed assets and intangible assets in Q2 2026 totaled
NOK 42.3 million which is NOK 15.5 million lower than in 2025.

Total assets increased from NOK 2,916.6 million as at 1 January 2026 to NOK
2,929.5 million as of 30 June 2026. Booked equity as of 30 June 2026 was NOK
1,057.1 million (36.1 %), which is an increase of NOK 33.7 million compared to 1
January 2026 (35.1 %). The reasons for the change in equity are due to the
profit of the year of NOK 69.7 million, a currency translation difference of NOK
2.6 million and share of other comprehensive income from associate of NOK -38.6
million.
