Grønn Vekst, part of Cambi's Solutions segment, has received an award
notification from Follo Ren IKS to continue a service agreement covering the
handling of garden waste from households and recycling centres in the Follo
region of Norway.

In accordance with standard Norwegian public procurement procedures, the
agreement is expected to be signed after the statutory standstill period has
ended, provided there are no successful appeals.

The contract extends Grønn Vekst's long-standing cooperation with Follo Ren IKS.
The scope comprises the collection, transport, container management, processing,
composting, and recycling of approximately 5,600 tonnes of garden waste
annually, producing peat-free soil products and returning nutrients and organic
matter to productive use.

Øyvind Klev, CEO of Grønn Vekst, said:

"We are pleased that Follo Ren has again chosen Grønn Vekst as its partner for
garden waste management. The award demonstrates confidence in our operational
capabilities and our ability to deliver reliable and sustainable services over
time. We look forward to continuing our contribution to a more circular use of
local organic resources."

The agreement has a firm duration of five years from 1 January 2027, followed by
two one-year extension options, giving a maximum potential duration of seven
years.

The total contract value, including all extension years, falls within Cambi's
Small contract category, which covers contracts valued between NOK 15 and 50
million.

Follo Ren IKS is an inter-municipal waste management company owned by the
Norwegian municipalities of Frogn, Nesodden, Nordre Follo, and Ås, in the
greater Oslo area. The company is responsible for household waste collection,
transport, and sustainable waste management on behalf of its owner
municipalities.
