27.9.2023 10:10:58 CEST | Monsenso | Company AnnouncementCompany announcement no. 14-2023Copenhagen, 2023.09.27Monsenso A/S announced today that the Company´s share capital has been increased by nominally DKK 6,221.20 as a result of the exercise of warrant programs.The capital increase is subscribed in cash at a price per share of DKK 0.22 without pre-emptive rights for the company's existing shareholders or others. The proceeds for the company amount to DKK 13,687. The capital increase corresponds to 0.20 % of the company's previous share capital.The new shares are ordinary shares without any special rights and are freely transferable negotiable&nbsp;instruments. The new shares entitle to dividends and other rights in the company from the time of registration of the capital increase. The new shares will be admitted to listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark as soon as possible after registration with the Danish Business Authority.Monsenso's current share capital amounts to a nominal DKK 3,050,211.10 divided into 30,502,111 shares of DKK 0.10.
